For more than 2 decades, FIB has been offering innovative heating solutions for galvanizing baths in the wire field and in piece galvanizing. The technology of heating thanks to immersed heating elements in these baths is drastically reducing your gas/electricity and zinc consumptions.

Indeed, some of our projects have shown up to 40 % reduction in energy consumption thanks to this technology of immersed heating elements. Using electrical resistances plunged into the zinc is much more energy efficient than using an induction system that, on top of its low total energy efficiency, requests a continuous operating.
